Terms & Conditions of Use
Last updated: 02/10/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to digital products, resources, subscriptions and memberships sold by Damon Siseman, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“I”, “me”, or “my”).
Please read these terms before making a purchase. By purchasing a product or subscription from me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products covered by these terms
These terms apply to digital products and resources I offer, which may include:
digital guides and ebooks;
templates and toolkits;
digital downloads;
courses or educational resources;
online tools or resources;
memberships or subscriptions; and
other digital content described on the relevant sales page.
The specific content, features, price and access arrangements for each product will be explained on its sales or checkout page.
Educational purpose
My products are intended for educational, informational and personal-development purposes.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Some products may discuss subjects such as mental health and wellbeing. These materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any mental or physical health condition.
Where appropriate, you should seek support from a suitably qualified professional.
Orders and payment
Prices will be displayed before you make a purchase.
Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
Your purchase is confirmed when your payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your order.
Digital delivery and access
Digital products will normally be supplied electronically using the delivery method described before purchase.
Where a product provides immediate access, you may receive access as soon as your payment has been processed.
If you experience a problem accessing something you have purchased, contact hello@damonsiseman.com.
Immediate digital content and cancellation
Where you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to supply beginning during the statutory cancellation period and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
Where required by applicable law, immediate supply will not begin until this consent and acknowledgement have been provided.
This does not affect your other statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Refunds
Because digital products may be made available immediately, change-of-mind refunds will not normally be provided after supply has begun where you have validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on your cancellation rights.
However, nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe there is a problem with something you have purchased, contact hello@damonsiseman.com.
Subscriptions and memberships
Some products may be offered on a recurring subscription or membership basis.
Where this applies, the sales or checkout page will explain relevant information such as:
the subscription price;
how frequently you will be charged;
what is included;
any minimum commitment;
whether the subscription renews automatically;
how to cancel; and
when cancellation will take effect.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to collect the recurring payments disclosed to you at checkout until the subscription ends.
You will be given a reasonable way to cancel your subscription in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented when you subscribe.
Where required by law, I will also provide notices, reminders, cancellation rights and other information relating to subscriptions.
Ending a subscription normally prevents future renewal payments but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already properly charged, except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Personal-use licence
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, purchasing one of my digital products gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use.
Unless I have given you written permission, you may not:
share paid resources or access details with other people;
reproduce or distribute substantial parts of a product;
sell, sublicense or redistribute a product;
upload paid materials to another website, membership, course or resource library;
claim my materials as your own; or
use my materials to create a substantially similar product for resale or commercial distribution.
You may use what you learn from my products in your own personal and professional life.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original materials contained within my products—including written content, frameworks, prompts, templates, examples, graphics and other resources—belong to Damon Siseman and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under the licence described above. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
Results and outcomes
My products are intended to provide information, ideas, tools and approaches that you can choose to experiment with.
I do not guarantee any particular personal, creative, professional, financial, productivity, wellbeing or other outcome.
People and circumstances differ, and you remain responsible for deciding how, when and whether to apply the information provided.
Third-party platforms
Some products may be delivered through third-party services such as Notion or Kit.
Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements and availability.
I am not responsible for outages, changes or technical problems caused by third-party services that are outside my reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, I will try to provide an appropriate solution if a third-party change materially affects your ability to access something you have purchased.
Updates and changes
I may occasionally update, correct or improve digital products.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchasing a product does not automatically entitle you to separate future products, major expansions, new editions or additional paid resources.
I may also change how a product is delivered where reasonably necessary, provided this does not unlawfully reduce your rights or what you purchased.
Availability
I will take reasonable steps to make purchased products available as described.
I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
If a product or delivery platform has to be discontinued, I will take reasonable steps to protect existing customers' access or provide an appropriate alternative where required.
Misuse and termination
I may suspend or terminate access where I reasonably believe someone has materially breached these terms, including by deliberately sharing, copying, reselling or redistributing paid materials without permission.
Where appropriate, I will try to contact you before doing so.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to those rights, I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for business losses arising from products purchased primarily for personal consumer use.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
Third-party payment, email and delivery providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to my products, business practices or applicable law.
The terms applying to an individual purchase will generally be those in effect when that purchase was made, except where changes must apply for legal or regulatory reasons.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including rights relating to where proceedings may be brought.
